Its a local fun-run. No timing, and some folk walk some of it. Next Sunday morning. Its in aid of cancer research, and hubby and I have signed up as a duo. I'm confident that I can finish it (I graduated back in February, and have worked up to being able to do 5k in just shy of 50 minutes) though some of it may be walking.

The object of the exercise is to transport your body across a line -- that is 5klms away from where you start!! 
There are many many many completely normal people who cannot do that -- but you can!!
