Any tips for the above please folks? Things you would do differently? Due to do this on Sunday and want to do it well! Thanks.

Pace yourself; if you feel yourself struggling, slow a little to enable you to get your breath back. You might find that with longer runs, especially at the start, your breathing may be all over the place and you struggle to settle into it. That's when the nagging voice of doubt starts in your head, but pace yourself, ignore the nagging doubt, and eventually you'll settle into it. Your breathing will suddenly be fine again. I find this happens toward the end, when I really start enjoying the run.

Just relax and watch your pace.

You CAN do it!!! Pace your self. Don't go too fast and if you are flagging DO NOT STOP, slow down and just keep saying 'I can do this, just a little further' . I was surprised by this week wasn't as hard as I thought. Trust in the programme and you will be find. Enjoy

As above: take it steadily and don't go too fast. And if the gremlin starts to say, 'Nyyyaaah, you can't do it!' just remind yourself how far you have run already - and how much further that is than you could run during W1. By the time you've had that conversation, you'll have run a bit further, and you'll probably feel a lot bolder and braver too. Good luck!
