First ever 25 mins run which I thought I’d not be able to do but I did it! I slowed my pace which really helped. Looking forward to week 7.

Well done Sam! I thought it wasn't possible to go any slower until I did that run! It definitely helps to keep it slow and steady...the speed can come later. Good luck with the rest of the programme 🙂

That’s what I thought. Focus on distance for now then build up speed. Got to say I’ve got some pain in my hip this morning so must remember to stretch after. Hoping to do w7r1 on Tuesday.

I think you do feel it in your body when you start doing the longer runs. Stretching definitely helps 🙂
