Does anyone have a link to the B210K podcasts individually?

My internet is very slow and I can not download 1.6 Gbs as available on the bluefin website. Does anyone have them individually or have a link to individual mp3 listings like C25K?

These podcasts are voiced by Sami Murphy and I love them!!!! The first one kept cutting out and was very quiet, so I had to move onto the next one. The music is great, even for me and I'm an old biddy. Never thought I'd be listening to Rhianna, Kelly Clarkson, Shakira and Britney!

I already found this post, but the problem is its a huge drop box file of 500 mb, and my net being slow, I can't download all of it at once. I am looking for separate files for each week to download..
