Well done on W5R3. It's a turning point in the programme because you have now done a continuous run. Please treat W6 with respect though - the return to intervals for the first two runs is no soft option and this catches some people out. Keep things very slow and steady, keep calm and you will get through the week fine. Good luck with the first run of W6 and best wishes.
