Well was doing well on week 3 (second time around) then went to son's to help him with garden and decorating over the bank holiday....No run but loads of strenuous ex...got home and went to work came back an hour later stomach bug....yuck....so back to starting again...oh.well will get there!!!

I'd try from where you left off you might surprise yourself!
I echo spoonierunning - a few days off shouldn't make that much difference. You may, in any case, benefit from the extra days of rest. See how you feel, but, in your shoes, I think I'd try for gold. Good luck and best wishes.
