Just wondering which would be the best place to get gait analysis done. Is up and running any good as this is the closest to me

I've used sweatshop gait analysis and found them really helpful

I used Up and Running as they were nearest to me (no Sweatshop listed in my area at that time). I found them to be excellent - they took a lot of trouble to make sure I had the right shoes and I was running around the shop in them. Also encouraged to use the treadmill for each pair I tried on and was told I could go for a run up the road and back if I wanted to. So long as it's a dedicated running shop you should be okay. Good luck and best wishes.

I believe you'll find them both ok, I've used sweatshop and can recommend, also they have a 30 day exchange guarantee so if the trainers aren't right they will swop them, even though you will have ran miles in them :-)

I went to Up and Running in Leeds, as did my son and daughter in law and we were very pleased with the service there. We did not feel pressured into buying expensive kit. I bought Shockabsorber bra there too but would buy that from Bravissimo next time (more confidence with the fitting skills)

Interesting question as I'm looking to visit one or the other. Up and running is nearest to me. On the point of the 30 day exchange at sweatshop, isn't that only if bought online?

I went with a girlfriend to Sweatshop for her new trainers. The 30 day exchange applied to her shoes bought in the shop, even though she'd tried them out on the treadmill.

Brilliant service
