Week 9 Run 1 done and I feel faaaaaaantaaaaasticccccc! :)

I ran for 30 minutes. 30 minutes, I ran for! 30 minutes, all joined together, and I was running for all of them!

Who'd a thunk it?!

And ….. in those 30 minutes, while I was running, I covered 3.04 miles!!!!!!

I've done 2 30 minute runs now, so about the same stage.

This mornings return journey was very fast due to the wind assistance and the big black clouds catching up with me. When Runmeter told me to slow down my response was a mixture of "I'm trying" and "not b****y likely"
