Hi I've been registered online for weeks but never posted. When I started I really struggled to run for 1 min I was always hyperventilating &looking at my watch. I can believe I did 25 min yesterday- it wasn't pretty & I'm sure I could walk quicker , but this is a miracle for me. This podcast has truly changed my life, not because I feel fitter or have lost weight because I haven't !! But to know that I CAN 'run' for more than a minute without collapsing is worth it!!!
