Good for you! I think each run has a bit of a struggle in it since it's preparing you for the next week and the next run. It is such a good feeling....even if it's not a particularly good run, it's always a good feeling after.
Hopefully your second run will be a bit easier now you've got the first run under your belt

Thank you everyone! Now done W2R2 as well and feeling ok struggling to do the breathing as suggested, is anyone else? Does anyone have any tips?
