Yay, I did my first ever parkrun today at Endcliffe Park in sheffield. Although over 30 people finished after me, 492 people finished in front of me! Anyway, now I know the course and what to expect I'm definately going to go again. I really enjoyed it and the organisation was fantastic. Now I've got a time to try and beat and goals to achieve! Well done to everyone else who did parkruns today.

Wow, that's some park run! About ten times the size of mine! Well done, I'm proud of us for braving it!

Well done my local has around the 200 mark. there were 180 today. I finished last but three! I enjoyed though and shaved off 16 seconds from last time!

Oh well done! What a lot of runners! We had just over 200. The Parkruns are great though and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Its good to have a goal to work for too. x

Well done. There seem to be a lot of people doing Parkruns at the moment so I'd better get along to one before I'm left completely behind. It's posts like yours that help to encourage me to try one. Best wishes.

Is that the biggest Parkrun in the UK ? That's a huge number to run every week. Glad you enjoyed it and are raring to go again.

Well done! I did that one last week, but I'm normally at Hillsborough. It's not a bad course is it? Hills not too steep ;-)

I thought it as pretty good as courses go. Was a bit annoyed I didn't do better but will try again in a couple of weeks time! What's Hillsborough like?

Hillsborough has a short sharp hill and is three laps. You may well do better next time at Hallam as now you know the course. That's what I tell myself anyway :-)
