Feeling great at end of week 1.
I was worried about my heart rate climbing too high, but those fears are subsiding now.
I also discovered that my gym opens at 6am so I can go before breakfast and get it out of my way.

Well done. You run on a treadmill? I must say that is something I only do if the weather is awful! I avoid them like the plague! Keep up the good work and enjoy W2
