Been a long 9 weeks and much sweat and a bit of blood shed on the way. Thanks for the advice and encouragement helping me to keep motivated. I was skeptical at first, couch to 5k in 9 weeks, but the plan works, well has me running for 30 mins anyway little short of 5k, but that will come in time. I have lost a little weight and have definitely toned up a lot. I am quietly pleased with myself, but mustn't rest on my laurels another 30 mins in a couple of days and the trainers will be packed for holiday in sunny spain in a weeks time. Thanks everyone.
