Went in to this less than confident after a long, stressful and tiring week. Tackled it with Oldfloss' "slow and steady" mantra fore most in my mind, an attitude of "there's no actual reason why I can't do it so just get on with it" and emerged feeling on top of the world!
I'm not sure which is the biggest shock, the fact that I can run for 25 min, and fairly comfortably at that, or the amount I love running! π
