Fell off the wagon

Had three days off, and struggling to get back on! Need to be up super early so I've done the packed lunches and laid out running clothes. Any other tips?

Don't think about it too much in the morning, just get up and go! I'll be up and jogging at 6am so you're not alone! Take it easy and pace yourself! Let us know how you get on, you may even feel better for a longer rest time :D

Ok, so I'm interspersing C25K with strength and flex podcasts. It was an s+f day, and I completed it. Tomorrow is W2R3... Early night! Thanks for your message :-)

Hope it went well! Early runs are quite good, I hate getting up in the morning, but actually once up it's OK. Also a good start to the day, makes you feel like your 'winning' all day! I find it tricky fitting it in the with the kids so getting up early is a good way around that. I'm doing W5 R1 tomorrow - feeling a bit scared, it's a big jump!!

Wellll... I didn't exactly run, as I'm interspersing with Strength and Flexibility podcasts and this was an SF day. But I will be out and about tomorrow - W2R3. I'm a bit behind you, but hope to keep going! This is my very first venture into running, having been traumatised at school and never recovered. However, I am also heading for 40 and tipped the scales at an unwelcome round figure the other day, so needs must! I'd love to hear how you get on with W5! Is it a big jump? I haven't checked...
