I really enjoyed the first run of week 5. The difference 4 weeks of the programme have made to my fitness levels are fantastic. I know that bigger challenges await. Hopefully by 7am on Friday I will have posted how easy the 20 minute run was :D

Fingers crossed and trainers at the ready!!

Although this is where things start to get tough, you'll be fine. I look forward to read your Friday post about how everything went swimmingly (or runningly).

You shall indeed be fine on Friday! :-) it does seem a big jump, but the minutes will fly by, you'll see! We'll both be reporting on Friday how we aced run three! Good luck run two first, of course, and well done for today! :-)

Thank you. I know its a big step up but I am looking forward to it to judge just how far I have come.

Well done on making such a good start with week 5. It's quite an interesting week with the three different runs. It's also a major turning point in the programme. Good luck with the next couple of runs and best wishes.
