I posted a fortnight ago about doing the first run of Week 1 with my little Pickle, who is a couple of months short of five. We've kept going, and today he ran W3R1. He struggled a bit with the 90sec runs in Week 2, so I didn't hold out high hopes, but blow me down if he didn't just find a steady pace and keep going for three minutes! I measured the second 3 min run on my Garmin, and he covered more than 400m. I am so, so proud of him, and look forward to him going onwards and upwards!

You must tell Pickle that all the runners here are very impressed by his determination and results. Keep on running Pickle!
