Haven't run since last year. All sorts of feeble excuses although constant rain and flooded footpaths didn't help ..!

So back to the beginning and w1r1 in the bag. I'm glad to be back I've missed it .♡

My running has been very intermittent for the last 6 months. My excuses are asthma, repeatedly torn calf muscles and surgery. I've started again, but I've started with week 3. It was fine. Unless the rain is still coming down in stair rods, I'll go again tomorrow. Good luck with your progression. We'll soon be back to where we were
