First Parkrun completed, great fun!

Yes, did my first Parkrun at Newbury this morning and even managed to persuade my 20 yr old son to get out of bed and run it too! Well pleased with new PB 28.23.......!!! (he of course jogged it at 23.30).

I would recommend Parkrun to anyone wanting to sample a "proper" running event... I will certainly go again.

Thanks all for replies, great day altogether really.... Been to London to see The Commitments this afternoon (fantastic show...go see it!).... And Palace won....!!
