Smashing morning joining my local parkrun for the third time. I'd decided to wait till I thought I stood a chance of getting right round the course without stopping so hadn't been since end of July. It took me 58 minutes then with quite a bit of walking but today I jogged the whole thing in 42 minutes. Few little aches here and there but nothing major.
Feeling dead chuffed 😁

You'll love it! People are so friendly and encouraging. Doesn't matter if you walk some of the way. I've discovered I actually gonna bit further and quicker when surrounded by others. The only tricky bit is the start. Make sure you keep towards the back so you're not in the way of the faster runners.
