I honestly cannot believe it!Graduated on Friday .Who would have thought 9 weeks ago I would be running for 30 minutes....Managed to do 4.73km in the 30 minutes so going for my 1st post graduate run today and going to really aim for the 5k,though it’s very windy here ......Good luck everyone wherever you are on your journey.Keep going as it’s so worth it.x

Congratulations to you Bentley3 on graduating from C25K, well done, 4.73Km is very good for your graduation run, my pace last June for my graduation run was 4km.243m. Only 10% of people who have ran the C25K program graduate by running a 5K in 30 minutes.
