1st run, nearly put me off going again, second run was better, just finished 3rd and I cannot believe how much of a difference to the first or second even. Was recovering so much quicker on the fast walk sections as well. Now week 2...hmm

Well done. You've done the hardest part... Starting. You will be fine o W2 just don't worry about it and take your time. I'm on W8 and now I'm looking to build up some speed (slow croach me!).
