Going to try going for a run 2morrow after four days rest

haved rested my foot for four days swelling gone down a bit of pain but nothing major i just want to get back to a run ?Also think my running technique had been a lot to do with the swelling and been reading on how to run properly so sholuld give it a try tomorrow

Good luck. I also have a problem with my knee and am very careful with it, taking extra days if necessary. It's horrible not to be able to run as I so want to progress.

Did a proper warm up strechtes only managed 15 mins of running but didnt want to over doing it on first run back will rest 2morrow and do a 30 min run on thursday
