Run 6 after 4 days rest

Hi all, I’ve done my w5r3 this past Monday, achieving the unimaginable running for 20 minutes. What a buzz. My question is , I was meant to start w6r1 in Wednesday, but felt and feeling still under the weather. Do you guys think I’ll be ok to do so tomorrow, Saturday after 4 resting days?

Any knowledge welcomed 😊. Thanks

A few days rest doesn't do any harm, for me it's usual beneficial. Better than trying and failing because you're not up to it.

Thank you.

You'll be fine, I sometimes have extra rest days, usually makes no difference, or even make the next run a bit easier. Don't leave it too long though.

For sure... the rest will have recharged the batteries well, slow and steady and enjoy.

Absolutely! Actually I think it’s a good idea. Believe in yourself - you’ve come a long way and put in the hard work.
