Why, well let me explain, after my runs I feel fantastic, on my rest days I am eager to go for a run..then on run days I start to try and find reasons not to run!! 😂 only on w2r1...be gone you nasty gremlins.
Going to run on rest days..: Why, well let me... - Couch to 5K
Going to run on rest days..

That's it run on rest days and rest on run days, problem solved : )

So you are going to run on rest days and rest on run days?
As long as you don't run consecutive days, then there is not a problem, whatever the day is called........
Doing non impact cross training on your rest days ( or is that run days, in your world) will make you a better runner than running every day, at this stage.

You will be a Sillybilly if you run on rest days, the number one rule is not to run on consecutive days, no running two days in a row, I am glad that you feel fantastic after you run, but irrispective of the day you do run, don't run the following day. 😊 🏃 Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2 after a day off not running. 😊
Listen to the advice, you are only on week 2. Embrace the challenge and all the emotions that is brings

The above post was said “tongue in cheek” I understand the importance of rest days.
