Why, well let me explain, after my runs I feel fantastic, on my rest days I am eager to go for a run..then on run days I start to try and find reasons not to run!! 😂 only on w2r1...be gone you nasty gremlins.

So you are going to run on rest days and rest on run days?
As long as you don't run consecutive days, then there is not a problem, whatever the day is called........
Doing non impact cross training on your rest days ( or is that run days, in your world) will make you a better runner than running every day, at this stage.

You will be a Sillybilly if you run on rest days, the number one rule is not to run on consecutive days, no running two days in a row, I am glad that you feel fantastic after you run, but irrispective of the day you do run, don't run the following day. 😊 🏃 Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2 after a day off not running. 😊
Listen to the advice, you are only on week 2. Embrace the challenge and all the emotions that is brings
