Well done John, a third of the way through! Nothing wrong with going on the treadmill, I prefer to run outside but use the treadmill now and again. Its good to mix things up a bit. W4 will be fine, let us know how it goes. x
Well done on completing week 3. I honestly don't think you need worry too much about W4 - you have already done the preparation for it. Yes, it does seem like a bit of a jump in terms of lengths of runs but you will be fine. Look how much you have achieved already. It doesn't matter if it's on the treadmill - you are running. Well done. Don't dis the treadmill. I've never run on a treadmill - I'd be nervous of falling off and ending up on my bottom. So in my book that makes you brave or a finely balanced running machine. Good luck with week4.
