graduation badge

How do I get my badge? I've just today done run 3 of week nine - woohoo! I have really surprised myself and my family. I am 57 and until January, I had never run before in my life. Now I can run for half an hour and last Sunday I did a 5K charity run. I can't believe it. I am feeling so much better and I can see that I am beginning to develop muscles! I am going to download the 5K+ podcast now. Thank you to Laura - the podcast has really helped me to see how I have progressed over the weeks and has also kept me going. It was a battle to get through week 5 runs an I had to repeat that week several time, but I have made it. I am recommending this programme to anyone and everyone!

  • Well done and congratulations , it's a super feeling isn't it. If you look at the right hand side of the screen you will see graduation badges, just click on it and ask for your badge. I still can't believe I have graduated, today was the first day that the 30 min run was actually quite comfortable so it proves it really does work. Good luck with all your future runs and keep posting.xx
