How do I get my badge? I've just today done run 3 of week nine - woohoo! I have really surprised myself and my family. I am 57 and until January, I had never run before in my life. Now I can run for half an hour and last Sunday I did a 5K charity run. I can't believe it. I am feeling so much better and I can see that I am beginning to develop muscles! I am going to download the 5K+ podcast now. Thank you to Laura - the podcast has really helped me to see how I have progressed over the weeks and has also kept me going. It was a battle to get through week 5 runs an I had to repeat that week several time, but I have made it. I am recommending this programme to anyone and everyone!
