Woooo hooooo, I did my final run of the c25k plan tonight.
I often think during my run, is this going to me my bad run? And although my calves ached as usual I don't think the thought actually crossed my mind. I ran around block of our local park, then came into the park to do the final 3kms. I was the only woman there (apart from a couple with a buggy) and I was conscious about getting the run done before all the light went. I definitely didn't want to be in the park after dark. Fortunately, I made it and even had time to walk back to the carpark before needing the headlights to drive home.
Officially this was my 4th 5km, and my time was 31.50 which was about a minute more than my PB at the local parkrun last weekend.
And my photo is actually from a couple of weeks ago when I did a 5km mud run. I actually didn't run any of it (with a group who couldn't) but it was a great race and the reason I started C25K in the first place.

Hey what a brilliant time too! and that mud will do wonders for skin! I don't think there is such a thing as a bad run , just bad if you can't run! Well done and a big congrats to you!
Well done, you look as though you enjoyed it. Best wishes.
