This is starting to feel good as I'm getting more used to it

Well, just 7 official runs left and have got to say I'm really adjusting to it and starting to enjoy it a lot more than I thought I would.

Bridle path was good if a bit on the wild side, but still opened my eyes to just how invigorating this running thing can be.

So, bring on run 3 on Friday.

Thank you yes the absolute best, nothing in the world comes close to that feeling when she tells you your all done and you can stop pounding away. So you will just have to look out for Rob_6k then!

It can be pretty awesome can't it? Sounds like you're enjoying it, which is more than half the battle! Happy running :)

Yes totally awesome, and you know I never thought I would enjoy it this much. Although a bit achey now so perhaps need to learn how to stretch properly for these longer ones now.

Are you on w7 then? I think that's when I noticed it taking more of a toll on joints etc. stretching is a good idea :)

Not too bad on the joints, but just covered my calves in ibuprofen gel just to be on the safe side.
