getting used to regular runs

I have graduated last week and feel happy about it. Nine weeks ago I could not run for one minute. This is just wonderful, thanks again C25K. My idea now is to get the habit of running Monday, Wednesday, Saturday. I am very lucky as I live 5 mns by foot from a stadium. In my very first post I said that C25K could change my life and it is so true. My body, my legs are changing too and I have always been very much ashamed of them so this is very exciting at 55 !

Hurrah, well done you! I'm on week 7 now and was exactly the same at the beginning, I could barely run for a minute! I think the plan is brilliant :-) Good luck with your runs!

Good for you! I'm on week 7 and have noticed a change in my body shape too, it's very pleasing isn't it?! :-)

Hey, well done! I know what you mean...I'm almost 52 and had done very little exercise before starting C25K. Now I'm almost evangelical about it! All the best for your running 😀
