Think I'm now really a runner - went out and just ran strong for 25mins, no need for any props now - laura, music, etc - just me and the earth below, breathing. Amazing feeling. Yeay 
Its taken over a year to get to this point, and so worth it. This site continues to inspire me - thanks guys!
