I made it. Feel a real sense of achievement at finishing the program. Ran my last run yesterday and am determined to keep going and try and make it a habit. Been great to read posts along the way and to know that we are not alone. Definitely moving in the right direction for a fitter me ( and my dog!)

Well done. Finishing the programme is a great achievement and one of which you should be rightly proud.

Try and keep focussed now. Perhaps try another structured programme to avoid the risk of drifting into bad habits.

Very well done. Go get that shiney graduate badge now :)

Woo Hoo!

Nice one Elly.

Try to stick with 3 times a week if you can as the routine will hopefully then take hold!

Well done.
