1st 30 min run done and to my own music got to get used to life without Laura eventually !! roll on Sunday for graduation ! so proud cant believe ive done it thanks NHS ..reall work starts now to build on my 30 mins and actually cover 5 K x good luck everyone whatever level your at x

Oo so close now. There are 3 other apps after this. Stepping Stones, Speed and Stamina, you can do them in any order. Or you could find other apps that tell you how far you've run etc.
