I was doing W1R2 this morning and I felt so good after completing it, I done it again and felt even better after the two sessions.

Something I never thought I'd see myself doing, finishing a workout then choosing to do it again.

Small steps but I'm super proud of myself for this πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’πŸΌ

I would suggest that the discipline of following a plan is all part of becoming a runner, apart from the fact doing back to back runs doubles your injury risk.

Ok so the early weeks may seem easy, but if you try that later on it is probably going to end up back on the couch. Plus points for enthusiasm, minus points for discipline.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Follow the plan :)

However good you feel at this stage..just follow it and do other exercise:) As IannodaTruffe says...it is the safe way to get to Graduation injury free :)
