Managed to get home in time to start Week 1 Run 1.........and it wasn't too bad! Could have done without the kids on bikes shouting "Run Forrest, Run!!" as they rode past but hey ho!
Bring on Run 2......

Love it, well done.
Well done and good luck for run 2!
Could have been worse, could have been "Run, fat boy/girl, run!", That is my worst nightmare but my next run W5R3 and so far so good!
Well done on starting the programme, good luck!
Good luck with it all! It is brilliant! About to start week 7 but just a few weeks ago I couldn't run for even 60 seconds'
Well done for getting out and started. Kids eh! One day when I thought no-one was looking I rode my daughters scooter across the park on my way to get her from school, I'm going back about 15 years mind you, and suddenly these boys appeared out of nowhere and shouted 'go grandma go!'. I was 37 and it made me feel so old. But, since then I don't worry anymore I just wave and carry on regardless. Good luck x
Kids on bikes eh??? Well done for keeping going & getting through this week. Sounds like you're doing well
The best way to deal with the feral kids is to invite them to join you. They soon wuss out!
WELL DONE YOU for making a start on the programme, which will become such a life changer for you. For the better!
Keep on blogging and we'll come round and sort the ferals out for you if they give you any more cheek!
.....and there was me thinking I wouldn't get noticed under cover of darkness! My fault for wearing a fluorescent yellow jacket I guess
I like RoRomama's "Run Rowlie Run". Definitely has a ring to it. Well done you!
i started mine today as well, so good luck. I may do week one for 2 weeks, as i'm SO unfit!
Week 1 done and dusted........I know, it took a little over a week but work keeps getting the way!!
Week 2....here I come
Haha, this made me chuckle, I love how the tags in your post say "shouting" and "bikes"!
Well done anyway, I hope to be in your shoes next week
