Done it not a lot else to say was as usual dreading the new week but so far so good managed it with no problems hope I'm saying the same for the next two keeping everything crossed but this really seems to work! Feeling great at the moment have even registered for my local park run don't intend to give it a go until end of week 6 but the first step has been taken think this positive mental attitude may have come from the very inspirational Tim prendergast who I had the great pleasure to spend some time with today.
