Week 6 run 3 done but on treadmill for first time

Ok seeing posts about a nice sunny day in various places. Here 30 - 40 mph wind, gusting more than that and sideways rain. I am getting so obsessive about this I decided to go to the gym & use treadmill. Also no Laura as IPod still random about talking to computer and this one didn't sync. Anyway listened to start on computer and Laura said 25 minute run. Didn't need her as treadmill would time for me.

Running outside I usually just about keep warm. Different story on treadmill, I was sweating buckets, and I don't usually do that no matter how much exertion. I was tempted to stop but kept going for the full 25 minutes.

Monday looks like a nice day to start week 7 & its on the IPod.

Well done for keeping going and getting through wk 6! It's a real achievement and you're doing great

I only started sweating seriously as the longer runs came on but haven't had to run indoors yet.
