I am writing this relaxing in my daughter's flat in Mexico. I have had a lovely holiday but haven't run for 2 weeks. Achieved W9R1 just before I left UK.

How far should I rewind when I start?

Put on your running gear and see how far you can get, take it nice and slow. You will be surprised how well you have maintained your fitness. :

Hi, i had a couple of 2 week breaks in and after the programme, really worried i would forget everything and suddenly lose the stamina i had started to build. Actually i didn't find it a problem, more of a mental challenge than a physical one. Don't worry too much and just go slow and steady as oldgirl suggests.
