And if so how do you keep them on?!

I wear sunglasses (on occasion!) but I have to run in glasses as I'm incredibly short sighted and have run out of contact lenses. I find my sunglasses are a good fit and I don't have any problems running in them. My glasses however are a different story. I have resolved this by finding my husbands safety glasses and removing the elastic bit at the back, it fits onto the arms of my glasses and I fix it up at the back of my head - keeps my glasses nice and snug. Only issue then is when it rains - they are so close to my face they steam up!! LOL.

I run, at least ran, with glasses on. (Have done laser eye surgery and the plan is to run with no glasses from a week or so!) and they fit fine so they do not drop. In case yours are lose, I suggest that you put a band at the back and tie them to the corners of your glasses so they will not fall. I wear a head band in the cold at times so the glasses stay fine under the head band too. You can try few things and see what is the best one for you, but you can run with your glasses on, good luck!

I have these:

amazon.co.uk/Unisex-Sunglas...

Sweaty nose (ick I know) means ordinary ones slip down, but these have rubber grips aver the bridge & ears so stay put. They are the cheaper end of the market but you can get some quite swish pricey ones.

I tend to find I need to wear them even more in winter than summer because the sun is so low in the sky I'm continually squinting otherwise. I bought mine from Sweatshop, they weren't particularly expensive (aprox £15).

I wear either sunglasses (prescription lenses) or ordinary specs, but not if raining as they are a pain. I wear a headband to keep earphones in and it keeps specs on as well.

I got mine from Lidl £5 an have worn them for two years. They also protect you eyes from insects in the summer and flying grit from traffic too. Mine stay put and are very light weight.
