Has anyone got any good tips on breathing techniques while running? I feel like I can't quite get my breathing right ? I can get a little bit of hayfever. I feel like I am holding my breath while running ?

Simply relax...try not to overthink it...Take it steady and slow...

When you warm up...shajecoutcyour shoulders as you walk..loosen your hands..and as you run..just take everything in and smile xx

Thank you !!

do what you have always done...in.....out....in....out. As they say, as normal as breathing!

Me too, I keep getting told to control my breathing but I just can't. I catch my breath on the walking but when we stop the walking in the later runs I may have a heart attack!

I’m exactly the same but I try not to think about it too much. I try and match the number of steps on an inhale and an exhale. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t! 🏃‍♀️

Take a deep breath then purse your lips slightly as you breath out, so you breath out slightly slower, that’s what I do and after a while you get into a rhythm, hope it helps 👍
