Just got back having completed the dreaded first ever 20 minutes run in wk5 r3. Feeling very pleased with myself. Breathing was ok I just get a little tightening in my right calf muscle on and off throughout my running even though i do stretches before and after run. Bring on week 6.

You will perk up as soon as you start running I always do, even if the run is not very good, I always feel energised. Go for it Ali!
