I completed the first run with no problem. On my 2nd and 3rd, I begin to get wind in my stomach in the 20 something mins of the run. I have to stop because I feel too uncomfortable to keep going. I go home feeling I could throw up or have a bowel movement. I have a bowel movement and after 20 mins the pain goes away. Any tips?

Sounds like wind. Delay your next run until after you have been to the bathroom.
Seconded - I don't go out until I've been, it'd be too uncomfortable!

I too have similar problems. Currently I am trying probiotics which seem to be calming things down a bit. Only recently started them (in tablet form which are supposed to be better than the yogurt drinks) but am also waiting for hospital appointment to find out what is going on.
I plan my route so that I reach sainsburys in 20 minutes which is when I need the loo. Very tiresome business!
