Had a day off work today so got up at a very reasonable 9.00am to do a run:

14 minutes @ 5.0mph

2 minutes @ 5.2

2 minutes @ 5.4

1 m 30 sec @ 5.6

30 sec @ 5.8

A total of 20 minutes running, doing 2.5 miles in all (with walks)

Not that impressive I know but better than nothing x
