In 12 weeks ( including a few weeks break due to injury) I've gone from couch to 4.36 km in 30 minutes. I even added 2.38 minutes extra celebratory run to perfect beat of Jonny B Good. Give me a sec to absorb this and I'll be back with some thoughts

Congratulations Helenka... great job at the end kicking off the celebration with a little more! Enjoy your evening and next running adventure.

Well done, that's brilliant! I've not kept up with your journey I'm afraid, I struggle a bit to keep track of everything on the C25K forum these days, but I know how awesome the feeling is. You're clearly a true runner, you ran the extra bit at the end, just because you could :)
