Are there any apps to help with running for a windows phone?

Apps, scmaps. I'm a naked runner (no, I don't trot around in the buff) in that I never run with any tech what-so-ever. I use a basic watch if I want to record time, and I listen to bird-song, the water running past etc.

Could I urge you to leave tech at home and use running as a means of getting away from all-pervading busy world?

Hi Lola, if you're talking about measuring distances etc I use Endomondo - have also used MapMyRun but find Endomondo a little more user-friendly. Have to take my phone and my iPod shuffle out for a run but have an armband for the phone now, which helps.
