W4r1 on a lovely moonlit evening. I don't know if that was why it felt so good but really enjoyed this and as everyone else has said, this programme does work.

Had a lovely starlit week3 run at 6am on Christmas Day - flat calm in between storms. That was the first run that really made me smile.
