Good! Well done you. Rain actually helps keep you cool and is welcome at times

If I ever did a 10k or half marathon would want to do it in rain!

I like running in light rain but I hate it in my face so wear a peak hat. Well done on getting it done.

I'm at the same stage - and somehow managed to run with blue skies and sunshine. I'd been faffing with keys, tissues, iPod and pockets so didn't hear if Laura said we'd repeat the mix of running times once or twice so was pleasantly surprised when she said I was half way through . Like you I felt great too :)

Love Laura dont like letting her down!!!

There is nothing like running in the rain, and I love it; I really love it ~ which is lucky as I live in Devon where it is a little moist at present.

Make sure you have a warm drink to return to; let someone know your route and approx return time; wear hi viz if near cars (the windows steam-up and they may not see you) and enjoy it!

In the summer (remember those long hot days last year?) you will long for the cooling rain to come as you sweat your way round the route. Difficult to believe now, but it is true.

I think Dave's keyboard must be stuck! LOL

I think I need a peaked cap so the rain bounces off. Which to choose though. I hate them actually but needs must

I have hi-vis stuff from cheapo shops and one of my reflective stripes started to peel off and was hanging on by a thread, so I superglued it back on! A girl needs to be seen. Mind you I could probably be seen from Mars!
