I had a rough week last week with 10 hour days every day, but I managed to do my week 1 runs, I'm about to face another week of long days which I'm dreading, I'm due to do w2r2 in the morning and my kit is ready, I really want to just stay in bed! Someone please kick me up the backside as I'm procrastinating! :$

Consider yourself kicked... I don't work long hours but I work shifts and this week I'm up at 4.30 every day. I will find it had but I know I need to do this for myself. You know you need to do this. You know you will be disappointed in yourself if you don't. So get up, get your kit on and run your heart out.

I work 9 hour days and am pretty knackered when I'm done, so I've been getting up just after five to do the runs. My colleagues said there was no way I'd stick to it but I'm into week four.
Think it really helps too if you chose which days you're going to run in advance and stick to it regardless of how you're feeling.

you stick with it. Think how you'll feel if you don't. You'll soon be so hooked it'll be a no brainer. Do feel for you with those long shifts though.
Thank you! I'm happy to say I did it!! and I am really glad, I think its true what Brillian said that deciding on the days is important, I did feel tired when I got up but soon got over it, next run on Wed
