Go go go......consider yourself kicked, you'll feel great when you've done it & it's only 30 mins :-). Have fun!

Okay. Here's the honest and harsh kick.

It's all in your mind. All those excuses, all those reasons why you "can't" get on with it. All the "I'll do it later" or "I'll get up early tomorrow morning and do it". It's all excuses that you are making. Stop it. Get over it. Go out there and do it. It will only take you half an hour.

Alternatively, just give up. Quit. Walk away. Admit to yourself that you never had your heart in it in the first place. You simply weren't made of the right material.

Don't let me talk to you like that. Prove that you are made of stronger and sterner material. You're not a quitter, are you? So go out there and prove me wrong!

I had a week like that last week and posted, saying if at least one person replied I would go... I got the replies and off I went. I really needed that. So here I am passing on that encouragement.

As they said, you could have been your run while having the 'will I, won't I' conversation and be back having a nice bit of toast (or whatever takes your fancy!). You will then feel good all day. Hope you read this when you're back, feeling healthy and virtuous!

Well done you! I *knew* you had it in you. Now bask in your well deserved glory, get some water, rest your legs, and know that you CAN do these things! I'm proud of you.
