I ran along a different route today, I usually run around the estate as you don't see as many people or cars driving by! but today I chose to run along the busy roads (partly because it was safer due to dark nights) and got a nice breeze whilst cars drove by and just enjoyed it far more!! I could have ran forever. Run 3 is a bit daunting but I still can't wait!!!

Varying your route makes it more fun, I think seeing the same places while you can measure your pace compared to other times easier, can get boring really quickly.
